anyone used clary sage oil or nipple stimulation to induce labour and it worked?
Just wondering if Anyone has used clary sage oil to induce labour and it actually worked or was it just a coincidence?? i am nearly 39 weeks and baby’s head is fully engaged having lots of pressure down there and really fed up now. Want to try help baby along without trying anything too dangerous like castor oil i would not try that!!! Been drinking raspberry leaf tea since 35 weeks as good for uterus i heard! Does nipple simulation actually work and send you into labour? if so how long to do it for on each nipple and is there a certain way of doing it??
My midwife said that nipple stimulation is really dangerous and can bring on erratic contractions that would comprise the babies heart rate. If you must try to self induce then use the sex and walking methods. Nothing else works as well.
