What is the dosage of the fenugreek tea for increasing breast milk?

I was reading about fenugreek pills and positive experiences from other mothers, but unfortunately I come from a country that doesn’t have such pill production. I was able to find fenugreek seeds, and for a week and a half I’m making a tea from it, but I still don’t see the results. Can please anyone tell me how much should I drink from the tea and what is the best method for preparing it? Thank you.
