Ginseng Capsules

Just bought 100mg Ginseng tablets, says 1 a day but should I take 2-3 based on mg?
I was looking around for Korean Ginseng suppliments. This is my first time trying it so just wanted something cheap. Bought a jar from tesco for £1.60 and it is 100mg.
Looking through Holland and Barrets, they sell theirs as capsules (i think) for just under £10 and it is 500mg. Label their says take 1-2 capsules 3 times a day.
As the one I’ve purchases is 5 times less mg is it advisable to take more than 1 a day? Does it make a difference that mine are tablets and the other are capsules? And also, what does it mean to be ’standardised extract’?
