What is the best house for outdoor cat. 2 cats currently living in a microwave oven used. can not afford $ 100?

2 cats live my court every two fears, one of them are friends of me (called Mao) Mao I feed by hand and the touch but the other still will not let me play. Anywayz, after weeks of them living in my new car, I made a house for them in a microwave oven is used with a pillow, jumper and protect it from rain. 2 of them lived there. My mom will not let me put them inside the house, I thought to put them into an animal shelter, but to me and Mao are now very close ..
