Ferilizers longer contain all the essential trace elements for the nutrition of plants and animals?

I became increasingly aware the importance of minerals (micronutrients) in plant nutrition, which is transmitted to humans and animals. I wonder if most of the fertilizer that you buy in a nursery or a cooperative are loaded with trace elements necessary or if I have to buy another addition to the regular fertilizer.
